[training flight (TAC upgrade) with Ron H - Atlanta to Mayport to Gulfport (Keesler) to Atlanta - I thought we were done for the day but we got a mission modification when we landed - we ended up with an additional two legs (out/in NAS Norfolk) - made it back to NAS Atlanta late]

Checked out of the Holiday Inn (Orange Park on US-17) before heading to NAS Jacksonville.  [Had class all morning and was only able to leave town at about 1300].  To get back to Douglasville, I used I-10 until I reached I-75 and then took it all the way to Atlanta.  Arrived home around 2100L.  Glad to be done with the training...

Ate breakfast at Damon's (in the hotel). [Spent the whole day in class] Bought souvenirs for the kids. Drove through our old neighborhood (in Mandarin). Had dinner at the Mandarin Express (1800). Staying at Holiday Inn (Orange Park).

Drove down to Jacksonville for my water survival course. Took I-75 all the way to I-10. Brought food with me so I wouldn't have to stop. Made it all the way to Macclenny, Florida, before I had to stop for gas (1815L). Arrived at my hotel (Holiday Inn on US-17) in Jacksonville around 1900L.
