Mount Vernon, VA (USA)

We got to visit George Washington's home with the kids on the day of his birthday - it was free. The weather was bad - some amazing accidents all around us on the way up there. The weather turned out great and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. George himself was there and the kids shook his hand. We saw some people working on the farm and toured Mount Vernon. The weather was nice and there weren't too many people there (at first). A very memorable trip!
