By Brenna, Erin and Mollie:
#10 - Pike's Place Market - fun to watch people throw fish, look at the beautiful flowers and do some shopping. They have Rainier cherries!
#9 - Space Needle - you can see the whole city and waterfront from the top!
#8 - Bridge Troll - there is a HUGE statue of a troll who lives under a bridge. He is holding a real VW Bug in his hand!
#7 - Statues at the Bus Stop - there are bronze statues of people waiting for a bus. You can change their clothes - it was funny!
#6 - Lakes - they (Lake Union and Lake Washington) are all very beautiful and clean for swimming and boating. We even saw airplanes landing and taking off in the water!
#5 - Monorail - it gets you around the city and you get really good views!
#4 - Mount Rainier - it is close to Seattle, it always has snow and we saw pretty wildflowers there!
#3 - Grove of the Patriarchs - had really big trees - some 1000 years old! They looked like they were as tall as the Space Needle!
#2 - Family - we got to visit with Ms. Lenora, Ms. Courtenay, Holly and Finnian. It was great to spend time with them!
And, the #1 reason why Seattle is a Fun City:
Nature - it is close to the ocean and it has lots of (a) beautiful trees and lakes; (b) mountains and islands; and (c) FRESH AIR!
