[got to work at regular time - just after I sat down at my desk, got a report that one of my coworkers was injured outside the building - along with other coworkers, we got her to her car and I drove her out of the City - what a backup on I-395 (glad I was going the other way!) - took her to the ER at INOVA Alexandria (an area of town where I hadn't been before) - after she got treated, I dropped her off at her apartment and walked back to the Metro - stopped for lunch at Fashion Centre (at Pentagon City) and then went back to the office - stayed late to catch up on some hours - nasty weather all day...]
