[finally had a chance to catch up with one of my customers at an off-site where we have several employees - I got intel that I needed to be at his office by 0700 if I wanted to meet with him, so I left the house around 0545 - used I-495, I-66 and US-29 (much faster than later in the morning) - made great time - caught up with Ed by 0700 and was successful in achieving my goal of getting feedback on our staff by 0800 - took care of office duties for about three hours before heading out for lunch near the corner of I-15 and I-66 (Kabul Kebab - good gyro) - left for Alexandria around 1300 and finished the day from my home office]
