[for Father's Day, Mollie and I ate dinner near Van Dorn Street Metro - the place was called Satay Sarinah (Indonesian) and we tried all kinds of delicious dishes they offered (chicken and shrimp satay and a fruit dessert) - afterwards, we drove over to Old Town and walked laps around the "track" at Washington Middle School - we also explored the new bike/foot path that parallels the Metro track between Braddock Road and Crystal City - it was another nice evening and we got a lot of exercise before we had to go home]
