Burst Pipe Adventure - Day 45

[didn't sleep well so woke up at about 0640 - started teleworking immediately and ate breakfast late (0710) - back to teleworking - took a break for a lunchtime snack (1230) - more teleworking - finished my work day at 1600 - drove from White River Junction to Lebanon and parked at Sacred Heart Church - from there (1620), I walked down the Mascoma River Greenway until I'd almost reached the Miracle Mile access trail - after walking back to the church (arrived at 1720), I then joined the fifth installment of our Knights' Council Fish Fry - from about 1730 until 2000, I helped to serve food and then clean up the kitchen and dining hall - I did get to eat some of the food for my dinner (unusual) before we were done - it was good to hang out with everyone because this was the last time I was going to be able to participate before Easter - I drove back to the Holiday Inn Express (talking to Mollie and Brenna, briefly, on the way) - I had a scary moment on the I-89/I-91 exit/merge ramp when a person walked across the road as I passed! - back in my hotel room (2030), I read and organized my stuff (prepping for a run to my condo to drop off things over the weekend) - while I'd been gone from the hotel, I received an email from the manager, who told me my request for a late checkout a few days later had been approved - spent the rest of the evening watching movies - went to bed at 2300]
