[teleworking from early in the morning - at 0645, I drove to White River Junction (UVAC) and spent 45 minutes swimming (54 lengths) - afterwards, I did some quick errands in West Lebanon before returning home (arrived at 0900) - resumed teleworking until 1645 - after work, I went to dinner with Monte at Jesse's Steakhouse]
