[left my house at 0645 to go into DC to get a few more items from my office - I arrived (after navigating the new, reduced speed limits in the District) at around 0700 and cleaned up my office - I also did some scanning and shredding - was in the office for about four hours (multiple trips, etc.) - fortunately, didn't encounter any rioters from the demonstrations during the previous week - headed home (more speed limit shenanigans) just after 1100 and got there about 20 minutes later]
