[left my house at around 0800 - parked at NWR and walked to Mason Neck State Park - visited the shore of Belmont Bay (took a short walk on the Bayview Trail) and then went back to my car (finished at 1000) - drove over to Reza's and spent about an hour kayaking (paddled to Hallowing Point) - finished at about 1115 - drove home]
