White River Junction, VT (USA)

Mollie came for a visit!  She started texting very early from Union Station (while waiting for the Vermonter) and shared videos of some friendly pigeons.  I asked her to keep me updated and she said she would - we then texted back and forth about her progress on the train all day long).  She arrived close to on-schedule (1830) and I picked her up at the train station in White River Junction.  We drove to Hanover so she could get some ginger ale and appetizers at Molly’s. Mollie ran into a lot of her old co-workers while we were there and seemed to be happy to have returned to her “home away from home”. I'd brought some Christmas gifts from my sister's family and she opened them while we were eating.  We had a nice conversation about school, National Parks, my activities in Hanover, incoming winter weather and our travel itinerary during her visit.  After finishing, we drove back to my condo and Mollie got situated in her room. Very glad that she's here!
