[teleworking in the morning - started snowing but I still was able to go swimming at UVAC in White River Junction between 1430 and 1515 - then took in a sauna (5 minutes), rode 3 miles on bike, did some rowing and worked with the weights (done at 1600) - home by 1615 - more teleworking]
