[teleworking all morning - at 1330, left condo to go to White River Junction (UVAC) for 45 minutes of swimming, 7 minutes of sauna, 16 minutes of biking (4.1 miles), 5 minutes of rowing and weights - finished at 1530 - on the way home, stopped to pick up food at Dunkin Donuts (1540) and dropped off more obsolete tech at Staples 1550 - then drove to Jesse's for my regular Thursday Happy Hour - finished at 1745 - more teleworking]
