[teleworking early in the morning - at 0700, left condo to go to VA Medical Center in White River Junction for Physical Therapy - at 0830, I drove over to UVAC for 45 minutes of swimming, 10 minutes of sauna, 24 minutes of biking (6.3 miles) and weights - finished at 1030 - on the way home, stopped to get free (birthday) food at Panera - back at my condo by 1130 - more teleworking]
