[teleworking until 1400 - then left condo to go to VA Medical Center in White River Junction to get some lab work done - at 1430, I drove over to UVAC for 45 minutes of swimming, 10 minutes of sauna, 10 minutes of biking (2.4 miles), 5 minutes of rowing and weights - finished at 1600 - on the way home, stopped to shop at Shaw's in West Lebanon - had a call for work on the way home (arrived at 1700) - more teleworking]
