Summer Vacation - Day 11

[woke up around 0700 and had pancakes with Katie - she announced that it was National Junk Food Day - I took care of work emails all morning - got a few visits from the girls after they woke up at 1100 - Mollie had a BAD sunburn - I came upstairs for lunch (pizza, pasta, chips, ice cream) around 1300 and then tried to take a nap - this was difficult, since John was giving drum lessons a few feet away - got some sleep between 1600 and 1800 - came upstairs again to find John grilling outside - ate burgers and hot dogs for dinner - after we were done, the kids and I did dishes - we also watched Disney TV movies for awhile - sunset was beautiful (yellow streaks/fingers) - Brenna went walking with me around the high school track - came back to more TV but I got bored soon after - the girls started a movie at 2230 but I went down to bed - very lazy day for me but I heard the kids awake well past midnight...]
