[teleworked from early in the morning - at 1440, I drove to White River Junction (UVAC) and spent 45 minutes swimming (50 lengths because of swimming lessons) - afterwards, I drove to West Lebanon (via US-5, US-4, NH-12A due to I-89 construction) and sent shopping (Hannaford, Shaw's, Staples, Best Buy, Liquor Store) - arrived home by 1730 and continued teleworking]
